Dam and Blast..

I knocked the 30" Remmi over at Wedgeknock this morning (hardcore paths)

Damanged but didnt deent the barrel and breech.

I was thinking of getting it re-blued anyhow as it had a couple of marks on
it, but now Anal Tim cant but up with it.

Someone said you can get blue'ing touch up and do it yourself?

Anyone had a gun blued by a gunsmith latley. Know what it costs?

Cheers

I was talkiing to someone today about this, £100 for shotgun barrels,
and they come back as good as new, if not better, this was via a
gunsmith in Spalding, so ask your local shop for a contact.
The DIY blacking is crap. I've tried 2 types on an airgun barrel, and
neither were any good, they come out more of a light grey than
black.Total waste of £6 or so for the bottle.
