Why am I now getting a long list posts coming up - not long ago all I was
getting was three or four and they dropped off after a time - these now are
going back to 07/09/05 - it's handy to look back but just wondered if anyone
else has noticed or were you getting the long list?

Hello Dave,

I would think they have been having problems with the news server, I have
also had the problem you have. I found the best way is to unsubscribe then
re subscribe to your chosen news groups. Read the messages you want then
mark them all read and any that don't disappear if you click on catch up and
they should.
