It's not the lucky shots that make the thousands [pounds? hours?] spent on
practice seem worthwhile. It's when you're in a squad of really very good
shooters indeed, on a stand, and you hear their chatter dry up so they
can watch you shoot. Particularly when they had written you off after
your performance on the previous parcours :)

Thank you. The £63 for 3rd place in D class was quite nice as well, but
not a patch on the lack of chatter :)
